Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please email corporate@inquant.co.uk

Please Note: We recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery to return products to us. This provides an insured method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us.

Returns (Non Faulty Goods)

You have the right to return your goods for a full refund within 7 working days from the day YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • Goods returned must be received in as new condition with all software and product seals intact.
  • Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD's etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete (see Incomplete Goods)
  • The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged
  • All returns must be authorised and an RMA Returns Form included with the returned product
  • Carriage costs for despatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility
  • The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us
  • All goods must be returned within 7 days the RMA date of issue
    Incomplete Returned Goods
    If upon receipt the returned Goods fail to meet the above conditions then the Supplier may refuse to accept the Goods or charge a restocking fee (£20 or 20% whichever is greater).

A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of the return. Refunds cannot be made for postal charges incurred by yourself in returning the goods to us.

A Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) must be obtained from customer services prior to returns. This number MUST be clearly displayed on the returned goods otherwise the return will be rejected and returned to sender.

If you return your goods outside the return period of 7 days but within 28 calendar days, a restocking fee to the value of £20 or 20% whichever is greater, of the goods will apply.

Returns (Faulty Goods)

Faulty on Delivery

If the goods are found to be faulty WITHIN 7 days of the delivery (FOD Faulty On Delivery) then please contact us via email returns@inquant.co.uk or via the phone on +44(0)8700 423 679 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. ALL the items associated to the faulty unit must be returned. This includes all cables, power cord, and software. The returned item should be in the same condition you originally received them in together with their original packaging. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will immediately arrange for the delivery by courier of a replacement. We will refund your shipping costs to a maximum of £6.50. The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us.

Warranty Failure
If the units becomes faulty AFTER 7 days, then please contact the relevant Manufacturer (Details we can supply). The Manufacturer should be able to diagnose the fault over the telephone and if the unit has failed then the relevant Manufacturer will provide you with a returns number and address to send the unit to for a replacement to be issued.
