The IPP210 Headset adapter has been especially
configured to work with IP Contact Center solutions such as CosmoCom's – CosmoCall
Universe. We have tailored the voice response to be optimal with the most
popular CC Professional headsets, such as the Plantronics H51 and H51N
models.
The IPP210 has been tested to operate seamlessly with all popular VoIP
and VoIM Client software. It has been tested with Interactive Inteligence,
CosmoCall Universe, NBX pcXset, Cisco SoftPhone, Nortel i2050 and MSN Messenger. |
